Happy Wednesday, Peepers. Today is my rest day. I did Amy’s ASC3 yesterday, along with section one of abs. I didn’t realize Amy used a KB! What fun! It didn’t feel like much while I was doing it, but I woke up with some nice abdominal DOMS.
Catherine, I got Tracey’s Steady State Step and the Med Ball workout. I only had time to preview a bit of the step DVD, but I liked what I saw. Did yours arrive yesterday?
JJ, thank you for the kind words. I haven’t done PH in forever. I remember it frying me though.
Wendy, sounds like Houdini is growing up! I loved the pictures you posted from the pumpkin patch.
Hi Judy. How did the houseful of girls go?
Karin, ugh on the word recurrence. But don’t forget, doctors always tell you the worse possible scenario. I tend to be a “head in the clouds” type of person too. But there isn’t much point in worrying about something that may never happen anyway, right?
Kel, glad to hear the dentist visit went well. Sounds like you are keeping yourself busy. Any word on that job possibility?
Heather, don’t you just love getting unexpected gifts in the mail? Have you cranked up your “therapy light?” I always battle the blues in the fall. Everyone else in the family loves the season, but I think it is a very melancholy time of the year.
Ellie, way to go! LOL at the second graders lapping you. Hey, they are like little energizer bunnies!
Dani, I love to putter in the kitchen. As long as I have a recipe, I can most anything. I don’t have the ability to just toss things into a pot and have something delicious come out though. I think it must be the scientist in me.
Vilma, hope you’ve avoided the germies.
Time for me to hit the road. Have a peepful day, all.
