There's been a nasty cold going around here. All 3 kids have caught it and, unfortunately, I'm doing battle with it. So far I'm winning, thanks to taking it easy and lots of "wellness cold and flu" tabs (lots of echinacea in those!). So I'm winning the battle, but it's still a fight, and I'm feeling crummy. Have missed my last 3 workouts.
I was hoping today that I might at least feel like doing a segment of Core Max, but NO WAY! Sigh. I feel like this always happens when I start doing well. I was increasing my running, my wrist had healed . . . right when I start to make a breakthrough I get a little cold and am set back to where I was before. That ever happen to you?
Fortunately all the kids are well and I'm on my way up. Maybe I can work out tomorrow.
I've decided that I really need to pay attention to my fluid intake. I used to do REALLY well on that, but I've gotten slack. I'm going to start reporting my H2O intake when I sign in, just to keep me honest. Today I've only had 8 oz so far. Better go get a cup!
