PC version of FitDay

I also have it and I agree with Cathy that you can do more w/the PC version than the online version. There are many different report types available to view which can be interesting. I think it's worth the money if you enjoy using Fitday.

Thanks all - I went ahead and got it - so excited to start using it! It looks really neat.

This is what I'm going to do - for some reason my eating has been way off base lately, and my little drill team members know about my upcoming August. Throughout our paractices I've been teaching them the names of their muscles and general things about healthy eating - just emphasizing the 2 elements of health - nutrition and movement. So I've asked them to be MY coaches. Told them that I will start writing down everything I eat and print it out to bring in for practice. I'll give them macronutrient ratios and calorie numbers of where I need to be, and every week I'll have 2 girls review my diet for the week and tell me if I'm good or where I can improve, etc. They are SOOOOO EXCITED and I love it. I'll be teaching them and they'll be helping me. Cool huh? I think the PC FitDay will work perfectly! Thanks for all of your input!

I'll be walking the Komen 3-day (60 miles) the week after Cathe's RT. To view my webpage go to: https://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=202302&supid=166016627

Lorrie,
I didn't use the online version for very long, so I think I did re-enter everything. But I can't say for sure that there's not a way to cut & paste. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I'll bump this up in case someone else has the answer.

~Cathy :)
