PB and ________...

Okay, I'm loving the soup thread and getting some new recipes. I also had great success a while back for new ideas with a 'what do you eat with your cottage cheese' thread. I just had a most delightful pre work snack of 2 crackers with PB&J and was thinking about the inspired butterfinger concoction by Mattea which got me wondering 'what do you eat with your PB?'

I'm thinking about PB way too much today but I know I'm in good company here with many like minded folks.

I promise to never think of you as an 'enabler' if you tell me what you're eating with your PB:+

PB and apples... pb and bananas... I also make a Thai-inspired sauce with PB: coconut milk, PB to thicken, lime juice, and hot curry powder. I like to put it over chicken or shrimp... and I've also had it on top of sweet potatoes, which is so yummy!

Um... PB & anything!!!

PB & Kashi TLC (crackers)

PB & apples

PB & honey wheat pretzel sticks

PB & sugar-free jelly on WW bread or flatbread

PB & honey

PB & graham crackers (my 5yo's favorite!)

And of course the ever-popular... PB & chocolate!! (dark chocolate for me!)

One of my favorite snacks is a concoction I "invented" when I was a kid. Natural peanut butter and wheat germ mixed together, spread on a piece of whole wheat/multi-grain bread, and drizzled with honey. It's amazing! And really quite good for you, too!

Not PB - ALMOND butter!!!! YUM-O. AB and apples, add it to my protein drinks, on crackers, etc. Cannot be without it - just wish it wasn't so expensive!

What about finger in jar...I am the only one who eats it in my house!

PB and honey is my daughter's favorite. During TTOM I've been known to make PB and chocolate syrup sandwiches - not healthy, but YUM!!!

Christine--lol! You need to get yourself a good quality dark chocolate bar and melt a chunk of it on your PB sandwich--that's what I do! Actually, I've made grilled PB and chocolate sandwiches before and they are to die for:9.

PB & honey on whole wheat bread is my very favorite. I did not like jelly when I was younger so this is what mom made me. I still love it to this day. :)

Niiice!! I knew I could count on you lovely ladies to expand my PB repetoire:)

delfin, that sauce sounds heavenly, a keeper for sure, thanks:)

Shelley and Melissa, I'm right there with you, in fact I just got home from work and there are 3 PB smeared spoons beside the sink (I suspect that's one for each of my PB lovin' daughters). I've taught them well;-) :+

Suz, that sounds like a perfect stick-to-your-ribs winter breakfast:9

Jenn! FLUFFERNUTTERS, I love FLUFFERNUTTERS!! I buy fluff as a treat for my Girls occasionally as I remember being so thrilled when my Mom bought it for us.

Michelle, that IS decadent and I want one NOW!!}( :9

Thanks for your responses everyone:) It's re-assuring to know that my long standing, on going love affair with PB is not completely abnormal:p :7
