Hi Cathe,
There are many things I love about these lastest workouts, but I wanted to tell you about some of the particulars I'm specifically enjoying:
1. the loud music
2. a lot of the music choices especially in BodyMax cardio and standing leg portion of B&G
3. the unhurried pace of the stretches...you seem so at ease and relaxed and hold the poses longer and I myself feel more relaxed, unhurried, and more stretched out than usual
4. the long length b/c this offers multipal workout options (as is, shorter, mix and match, premixes...more bang for my buck so to speak

5. the premixes (which I haven't enjoyed yet, but the cardio premixes will be used a lot)
6. Cardio Fusion
7. the bonus cardio in BM 2 and LIC
8. the pacing and sequencing of the B&G workout...the floor work is a burner for sure and my heart rate was just up enough throughout most of the workout
9. the firewalkers
10. the use of the stability ball in the WU of B&G and the stability ball cardio segment from DM
I guess, I will stop at 10 things for now. These are just TOP NOTCH workouts. I've just finished week one of the November rotation and I'm totally loving it. Thanks, thanks, and thanks again and keep 'em comin' (after a SHORT rest of course
