I read about this newest development just a little while ago and I am appalled.
I mean, for a second there I really thought that justice would be served and that she would pay for her careless choices.
Nope...wrong. She was out in less than 3 days. Some crap about due to "medical reasons" she couldn't stay. If thats the case, then why doesn't everyone get to serve their time at home in the comfort and cleanliness of their residences? Exposure to "germs" or the possibility of getting an infection has never been a reason for any "normal" citizen to get out of jail.
Doesn't make sense and I am sickened.

I would like to let loose a list of choice words on this but might offend peoplex( ! I saw this t.v. movie with a woman who killed her son's rapist and she was in prison with breast cancer not expected to live past five years (true story) and Paris is released for a medical condition???. I think it is disgusting and I thought she deserved the entire sentence and was outraged when it was cut in half but this takes the cake.

I am the biggest celebrity gossip queen. DH laughs cause I check Dlisted everyday. However, I have decided that Paris Hilton should no longer take up any of my reading time! I skip over all of it. She's a brat and should just go away!

and we wonder why ppl that look up to celebrities think they don't have to take personal responsiblity for their actions. for a "normal" person in my state, first offense drunk driving is over $5000 in fines, 2 years lost of license(or one i don't recall but its awhile), and possiblity of 6-9 months of jail or counseling. she gets $1500 in fines(like some that throw pennies well this is what she throws around on damn scarf),and probation. should have thrown her in gen. pop. they would have excuted a good punishement }(

she barely eats out of jail doesn't it really matter. many inmates have to resort to this in real protest of injustice aww poor baby don't like the bologna sandwich and apples you get for lunch. TOUGH think before you drink and drive. what a b*tch.

Ya know, I guess my thoughts are this; I would rather see the rapist, child molesters, and murders do their full share of time. If she was taking up space in the prison so they couldn't put a murder or child molester stay, or in for that matter, then kick her to the curb. Most of the time nobody spends there full term these days. The prisons are too full to allow it. So, if people that are in for lesser crimes get out sooner, fine. It's the others that I have a major problem with.
