Hi Cathe,

Of the 12 weeks of workouts is it accurate to say that 3 weeks will be completely original footage and 9 weeks will just be premixes of those originals (with a bit of new footage? If that is correct can you tell me roughly how much it might cost just to buy the 3 weeks? Will it be only a marginal difference in price or significant? For some reason I am not a big fan of premixes and just prefer to have different music etc in as many workouts as possible.

No, that is not at all correct.Week one will always contain 100% original footage as you stated, but weeks 2,3 and 4 will be made up of both old and "new" footage. I would estimate that we're filming enough original footage to make at least 24 one hour DVDs - perhaps more.

We have not determined the price for the individual Mesocycles at this time, but the best deal will always be to purchase all 3 cycles (normal price $279 not including ab Circuits).
