Here's a link to a VF thread that shows you how to get a 20% discount and a 10% discount, then there's another discount for using Ebates or Fat Wallet.

What is happening for you? I just clicked on it and it worked for me. When you click on the link it redirects you to the BB site. Then you have to choose what you want to purchase and put it in the shopping cart. The 20% should show then. Have your tried that?
