STS is a better product and overall a better deal - IMHO. I sold my P90X after I got STS. No competition.

Just like many strength programs, P90X is as advanced as you make it. There are several moves (lots of push-ups and pull-ups) that many people find either difficult or downright impossible. There is someone who shows an option for the pull-up. As Amy suggested, if you do a search, you should find a lot of threads discussing P90X.

I wouldn't ever get rid of P90X, but I'm considering selling STS if I don't end up liking it better soon.

Get it and do it!!!!!!!!!! It is the ONE workout that totally helped me reshape my entire body. This is a great program. It takes awhile to get used to Tony and his approach, it's different than Cathe. But once you get beyond the dif. you will soar!
