P90X

Hi all. I'm a Catheite who purchased P90X on March 3rd. I placed the order over the telephone & have called a couple times since. I was told it was shipped out on the 10th, but have yet to see it. I saw in old posts this sort of thing happened to some of you. My questions:
How long did it take you to get your order?
Is there anyone I can call to speed up the process?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Coleen

If you have already ordered, I don't think that you can expedite it. You could have paid for FedEx 2 day, but I don't think you can change once you are all through ordering. I would call a second (even third) time to see if they give you the same information about the mailing of the order and check up on them often to see the status of your order. They don't exactly have the greatest customer service.

As I remember, it took three very long weeks to get my order. I recall it leaving their facility pretty quickly, then it sat in some warehouse for 2 weeks. I live in CT and it had to ship from California, so if you live close to CA it might get to you quicker. I thought I read somewhere that they were working on their shipping problems. Hopefully you'll get it soon!

Be very patient.The dvd's will arrive.My order took eight weeks but I live in Canada.I love them.Very refreshing I alternate between this series & Cathe's hardcore.As much as I love Cathe it is so nice to listen to another voice.Variety keeps me motivated.
