A 12-workout system by www.beachbody.com . It has four upper body workouts (chest/back, shoulders/arms, chest/shoulders/triceps, back/biceps), a lower body workout, an abdominal workout (to be used after every weight workout), a plyometrics workout,a kickbox workout, a yoga workout, a stretch workout, a "core synergistics" workout that works the core and uses some light weights, and a cardio workout that combines a bit from several of the other workouts (new footage, but same moves).
