P90X Worksheets

Hi,

I posted this on VF, but thought I'd post the offer here as well. I made up some worksheets for P90X in Excel so I didn't have to try to photocopy them. If anyone wants what I have done so far (one tab per workout - only whatever was on the workout sheets), they are welcome to a copy of the excel file to build on as they like.

Punky - I too am sending you an e-mail. Thx for doing these. I haven't caved yet on these workouts but think I might after vacation. Want to see what is all in them. Figure the sprdsheet could help!
