Duh....it won't open that way of you don't have Excel....can you print them from the original doc instead of copying and pasting...?

I don't think that will work....you can't open it without Excel if I email it...I can open it, print it and scan it, then email it to you...not really a PC wizard.......Carole

Thanks Carole! That would be great if it is not a problem to do that??? Funny thing is, even though I don't have Excel, I can open it. Not sure why it won't let me hi-light it, copy & paste it? Guess I'm not a PC wizard either! ;-)

My Zone alarm was blocking mine so I couldn't go into the links. I shut Zone Alarm down and then I could see the links. My zone alarm blocks alot of things on the beachbody site. I must have it set to high.
