P90X Rut Busters Check in - week of 3/28

Hey guys! Sorry I didn't get this started but I was traveling to visit family for Easter. How is everyone doing this week so far?

I got scare for a second! On Monday, i did upperbody/abs and toda i took of i only did 20minutes stretch/20abs.

Hello -

I've been sick this week. No workout on Monday, and today I did an old Cathe tape - All Step. A nice light workout. Maybe tomorrow I'll dust off a Firm tape or find another light Cathe workout. I'll be behind a week with my P90X.
 
HI everyone!!
Sunday (easter) TOOK MY family on a nice 4 mile hike prior to dinner. How awesome, fresh air, less chocolate high lol:)
monday, Hardcore shoulders, back, biceps and abs from HSC.
tuesday: did a premix from Step jump/pump. I don't know why. I was in not a good mood, and needed some cardio, so this one really made me feel good!! great music.

tomorrow, hopefully a run! it is supposed to be sunny 60 degrees here in pa, and then maybe some leg strengthening. we'll see. ;-)
 
Where is everyone? Are we all back in a rut?

I'm starting to feel better, but not good enough for some of the P90X's. I've been sticking with the more moderate Cathe DVDs. Next week I'll start in on Week 9 again.

How is everyone else doing?

Well, i'll just tell you, i took my run yesterday and one section of coremax. today, did chest work from hardcore and a imax 1 and 2 mix.

I'm going to try maybe a one body part a day routine for a while. I feel like i can really go heavy that way. We'll see, if i'm not noticing doms like i usually do, i'll go back to two to three body part per day.
