GOOD MORNING LADIES! This is week #3!! Let's all chime in and make a difference this week!
Yell at me...I did my C&B workout this morning but not Ab Ripper. Yes, I could have done it and gotten here a few minutes late but I chose not to this morning. every other morning so far I have pushed but today I didn't have it in me. I will do it tonight while dinner cooks...promise
On the other hand, I did "big girl pushups" throughout the workout. I did at least 5 every set before I dropped to knees (but sometimes as many as 7 - I was also trying to conserve throughout the workout except for declines (kept those on knees up on my high step). I tried to focus on form and really hit them. I feel like I worked harder and my upper body feels sore!
