I remember awhile back there was a thread about the rotations and how you could substitute the Hardcore workouts for them. Well, I was doing some research online and found descriptions of all the P90 X workouts and the rotations.

I'm sure you could substitute Kenpo with Kickmax, Plyometrics with Imax 3, Ab and Core with Coremax, and so on. You'd have to find your own sub for the Yoga one though.
