P90X Recovery week

Hello,

Today is my first day of the first recovery week. I did the Yoga this morning and I am considering adding a cardio workout tonite. For those of you who have been through the recovery week already, I am wondering if you added any cardio to it? I don't like that there is only one cardio workout in the recovery week.

I should probably add that throughout all of phase one I have been adding extra cardio and replacing Kenpro w/ KPC or Powerstrike. I have been doing 4-5 cardio workouts per weeks through the first phase.
 
I think it probably depends on the individual. I added cardio because I had been running 3x a week anyway...:)...Carole
 
You should be fine, Caren. I did some research at the BB forums and Steve posted that the jest of the P90X recovery week is to not lift heavy weights. He said the recovery week is still tough and the only thing you will not be doing are strength workouts.
