P90X progress sheets - Need Help

Hi, all - I know there are a lot of "X"ers out there so - I ordered and have just started the P90X program (did the yoga last night - wow - loved that). Anyway, tonight is Back & Legs - but when I went to the book to copy the progress chart for that workout - there's back but no legs on it. I checked their website for a leg chart, but found nothing. Called their customer "service" (holy crap - talk about bad service - the worst!). So, I'm hoping someone here has the legs chart that's missing from my book - or one they've created or something. Thanks!!
 
Interesting. I just looked at my legs and back sheet that I downloaded and it only has back on it like you said. I guess that's just the way they do it. I have no idea why considering they DO use weight/bands in atleast some of the leg work! Wierd....*scratches head*
 
I noticed that too when I got my P90X materials. After doing the routine, I think it's because all of the leg exercises are 25 reps. Maybe they assume there's not much to keep track of if you're always doing the same number of reps. Just a guess.

Since I added various weights to all the leg exercises over the challenge(s) I made an Excel sheet that has both L&B on it...If you want me to email it just PM me...Your user info says disabled or I would have just sent it....

Thanks for noticing that - I'll have to fix that. I've actually done the same thing - I just created a quick spreadsheet. But I think you're right - after having done it last night, everything is pretty set in that workout, so not much to keep track of.
 
I just looked at my P90X workout sheets. I have one with all the legs & back exercises that is an Excel doc. I know I didn't make it so not sure where I got it but if anyone needs it just PM me your email address and I will send it...:)
