Hi everyone,
My goal this year is to lose about 15-20lbs. I do have a lot of muscle definition but need a lot of cardio and maintain my strength program.
I am an intermediate exerciser but would like to really push myself and get as close as I can to looking like Cathe...well as close as my genetics would allow
Which would be best to start with?.. would eventually like to rotate both if possible. Or should I do Cathe only for both strength and cardio?
Any opinions/advice you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
