P90X on Backorder again

Heads up all P90X's are on backorder. When I placed order on May 5, CS rep said they had new shipments in stock as I wasn't going to place an order until they had them on hand. When I asked about my order 2 days ago, CS said they saw my order at the warehouse and would ship that evening. Amber emailed me last night to say they 'hope' to have new shipment in by next week as my DVD's are on backorder. Guess I'll play with my tower, or I'll come over to one of you girl's house to play with your P90X DVD's....LOL
Deja Vu! I wish there wasn't two or three different answers to the same question though.

Yep, 'fraid so! Here is my email from this morning. "our records show your order is currently in the warehouse and will be shipped no later than the 18th of May 2004." That is different from the previous email that said "your order has been located and is currently in the warehouse and will be shipped this evening or early tomorrow morning."
(either it is in the warehouse or it isn't in the warehouse)

Amber emailed me to say they "hope to have new DVD's next week. I kind of stumble over the word "hope"
I hear BB got a new computer system last year, but their shipping problems didn't get solved.
So if you order and ask a rep if they have the merchandise in stock...he or she has no idea! Something about their computer screens and the one We really care about, the one in shipping, is two different talking points.


Tracie's new workouts have been delayed as well. WAH! I guess I still could be practicing my chin ups and push ups and sit ups and core on the ball work and all my Cathe's and pant pant....

The word is out about this workout and so BB is swamped with orders yet....
Ever since I heard this commercial years ago, it has been my standard that I go by....."If you make me a promise, I expect you to keep it."
