This one gives me doms in my rear.I never get doms I think it is those wall squats they are NOT easy even with no wts.I bring this up because I'm doing it tomorrow and trying to sike my butt up for the challange
}( and those sneakey lunges.The way he does lunges with back leg completly straight really works better I think. you can really feel it in the front leg.I love this non traditional leg workout and really feel it for a day or ,so truly evil}(
