Just incase y'all didn't see them, I posted some personals last night so you had better go back and read them!:7
Today is Back and Biceps/ARX.
ARX is growing on me. I have started modifying it a bit and find it much more enjoyable now. I do not feel the need to do ALL of the exercises or all of the reps. I probably skip 3 exercises every time I do it now but it allows me to give a better effort to the ones that I do. I can do more reps and just put out a better over all effort. Some exercises I can always complete the reps, others I can't but this way I do a better job all the way around. I try to rotate the exercises I skip but I must admit that I find leg climbs to be really silly so I haven't done them since I started doing the work out like this.
No DOMS from my leg work out YET. I would like some. We'll see what the day brings!}(
