CLASSIC/PHASE 3/WEEK 10/DAY 5
Hey X'ers!
I'm in a bit of a quandry here. My stinkin' legs are still sore from BBC the other day and I have Legs and Back on tap! YIKES! I also want to take a spin class and run AND I have ARX and yoga to do! OMG!!! LOL I think I will just do Yoga on Sunday instead of taking a complete rest day-that should work. I am thinking of taking my spin class tonight and then doing Legs and Back in the morning before I head to the gym for the run. I can do ARX today or tomorrow. It doesn't really matter. Sound good? If ya have any other suggestions, throw em at me!
Gotta go...have to pack up the little guy...he's spending the weekend with his grandma and aunt and I'm dropping him off right from work this afternoon.
