Mornin', girls! :D

Gotta get out there early today to beat the heat. Need a little more caffeine to wake up here and then it'll be PUB (up only premix) + a run. Last night, I swapped some w/outs around and did the KM leg drills + a Squeeze lower body mishmosh - BC has been moved to later in the week. I wound up getting sucked into a Matt Dillon movie and wasn't up for an intense sweatfest at that point in the evening anymore.

Laura :: were you able to get out of bed this morning? Sounds like you're fryin' the whole body over there! :p I think you are right, though ~ moving actually helps.

Angie :: so, why are you holding off on the iPod?

Morning Ladies ..

of all things we have auditors today ..x( :-(

so a quick post sneaking in ..

yes my ENTIRE body is fried today .. you name it .. it hurts .. managed to MAKE myself do "kick@$$" class .. and it was KICK@$$ .. the body got better during the hour working out .. but on the way home got achy again ..

this morning back, shoulders, triceps, chest, abs, BUTT, hamstrings and a bit into the quads are sore :eek:

so today skipping lunch workout for errands .. meeting the girls for BF b-day at the Cajun restaraunt .. so a much needed rest day on tap for me today .. think the old bod needs a recovery day ...it deserves it!!:D

Will BBL (after auditors dissapear) to check back for personals!!

Hey ladies.

Well I ended up taking a rest day today. The DOMS from B&G kicked my arse and left me with no energy for a work out. :-(

I will be attending my usual spin class tomorrow though and hope to get in some yoga as well!:)

Hi girls

Kinda quiet in here today. Sounds like everyone's having one of those days.:eek: Did the cardio & weights premix on BM2 since I didn't have time for the whole thing. I've never done that premix before and it was fun. I don't like the warmup - I think b/c of the music, but everything after that rocks!

Cathy - I often times suffer from over-analysis paralysis. I always like to cover my bases before I do something. I wish I could be more spontaneous, but when it comes to money, I rarely am. It has saved me some $ over the years, but it's kind of a drag. Actually, a teenager I know said that apple is coming out with a new version later this summer. I'm thinking he may have been thinking of the new iphone. So, I really need to take the plunge and just order one. I just need to do an online search and see where I can get it the cheapest. Do you have one?

Wendy - So are you gonna tackle the C&B w/o tomorrow? It has lots of your fav exercises in it.}( That one always fries my chest! It feels weird not having done an X upper body workout in a couple of weeks. But, I have 2 more weeks of the lower body rotation to finish before I go back there again.
I posted another couple of questions for you last night? If my endless questions are driving you bonkers just ignore me. :D
I went on the ACE website and they have a really cool weight management consultant coarse that looks super interesting. I would, however, prefer to get my PT certification first though. I am so flighty with stuff like this, so it will be interesting to see if I actually follow thru.

Laura - Sounds like your whole body is screaming at you!}( Good day for a rest. Didn't your BF just have a B-day?? Have fun at the party.;-)
Auditors at work. Ug! Sounds stressful, as if your job didn't have enough stress - LOL!
