Good Morning Ladies,

Well bootcamp was tough last night and I got my wish, we ran! We had to all out sprint 100 yards turn around and sprint back. Talk about being winded. Then we had to drop and do 25 squat thrusts and 25 sit ups. We did this 3 times, the 4th time we had to run backwards a 100 yards while our partner was running towards us. We also did shuffles and crossovers across the field with pushups and squats with a knee raise. We ended with step ups on a stair (run up and down) as fast as we could and tricep dips. Lets not forget the walking lunges uphill and pullups too.}(

I have shoulders and biceps on tap for lunch today.

Angie-I read your post-you'll be happy to hear I'll be cleaning right along with ya:)
