Debbie, do you want to "own" it or would you like to use one for a few months??? I read through mine and I made copies of the workout sheets and I really don't need the book, but I want to to keep it with the set if this makes sense. I'd be happy to send it to you to look at for as long as you would like. Just let me know.

Hedy, thank you so much for the heads-up! I went over and ask if she would be interested in selling just the Fitness Guide ealier today since I already have the Nutrition Guide. I think I may just go ahead since the price is so good and buy both if she doesn't want to sell just one. Thank you so much for letting me know!!! Briee~you are too sweet! Hi Debbie! Is this something that I should put into my rotation? I'm hearing SOOOO much about this lately that its very tempting. Do a lot of people have problems with the company though? Yes it's a must!! You need a pullup bar. Yes a lot of people had trouble ordering as the P90X appears to be on backorder. Yes you should do it anyway! And yes I love spending other peoples money, but this is for a good cause....what other workout will have you doing pushups and pullups until you are dead.

The check is in the mail. I decided to give my daughter the extra binder. She'll be excited. Now, I am waiting on my workouts. Hope they will be here soon. Briee, I can't even imagine doing pull-ups. I did the Shoulders and Arms; Ab Ripper X and Cardio X tonight. Phew! My arms are cooked! No dreaded barbell carzy 8's! Ha ha! Any Tony packs a wallop into 16 minutes of abs. The cardio barely got me into my target zone once or twice, but as Kathryn has said, it balances out the intensity of the weight work. I'm going to do the rotation as is (despite my desire to whip out Imax2 and do the blasts!) I'm thankful for doing Cathe all these years. Ab Ripper X is actually doable!
