P90X DOMS

Ok, I am nearing the end of my first week of P90X. Wooohooo. Tell me, AM I GONNA BE IN PAIN FOR 90 DAYS?!!!! I am so sore but in a good way! ;-) ZI guess it is just because I have never really done pull ups or used such heavy weight but man oh man.
 
It gets better!! The first week is killer!! Pullups are awesome, you're going to see some incredible changes!! Good luck, girl!!

ITA on the pull ups! I never saw much definition in my back until I started doing pull ups with the X!

All the pullups, chinups and pushups really helped with my definition as well. The DOMS will subside after the first week or two. Tony's workouts were so different than anything else I'd done and one of the best set of workouts I've ever bought. Wait until you try Core Synergistics! IMO, the Phase 2 workouts were harder (Back & Bis and Chest, Shoulders & Tris). It felt a little strange only doing pushups for chest but it was a nice change and all the different varieties kept it interesting.
