P90X Customer Service?

Hi Yall...
Well, I took the pludge yesterday and ordered the series.I am pretty excited about it as well.
I know it as been only been 24 hours but I e-mailed them yesterday inquiring about priority postage.I live in Canada and it may take a few weeks to get mine.I wanted to know if I could pay the extra fees and get my series quicker.But I have heard from them yet.I was also thinking that I would have received an e-mail saying that my parcel was as left the warehouse but I haven't got that either.
Maybe I am just being impatient..but I am so use to great Customer Service with cksales.Anything less then perfect seems to be AWFUL!
Just wanted to know what how everyone found the service!

Hi Lori....glad you joined the P90X club!! I absolutely love the series. I had no trouble at all with receiving these and even got them sooner than I thought. But I do live in the US. There is a girl from their customer service that is very helpful, her name is Amber. I bet someone will post her email for you...if I can find it I'll post it......Carole

Same here Lori! I had trouble getting the discount and e-mailed them and got it. The series arrived really quick. I wasn't even looking for them yet! I love them! Just did Ab Ripper X last night. I live in the US too, don't know how much of a difference that might make? Good Luck with getting them quick and hope you love them!
