P90X Customer Service - UNHAPPY!

Here is a copy of a e-mail that has been sent to BeachBody regarding my P90X order.

Complaint

I placed an order with your company last Wednesday for P90X. It was told by Daniel that my order would be processed by Friday (48 hours) and that I would receive an e-mail with confirmation of the price, receipt and Fed Ex tracking number. I have never received an e-mail.

I have contacted your company four times by phone and three times by e-mail. I have never had an e-mail back. I am still told that my P90X DVD’s have not been sent. I have not been told why. But to my utmost dismay I was told that my support package has been sent Fed Ex! I cannot understand why your company can send me the support package and not the actually P90X DVD?

However, the support package was sent with the incorrect address. It should read, Kymin Financial Services, Agincourt house, Agincourt square, Monmouth, NP25 3BT. Unfortunately the “Kymin Financial Services” was missed off so the parcel has not been able to be delivered. I have spent three hours on the phone (in total) to try and correct your mistake. Not to mention 8:30am till 8pm at night in the office incase it arrived. It has not been a fun day.

I spoke with a gentleman last night on the phone called Peter from your company. He told me that he would e-mail with the tracking number and make sure the P90X would be sent yesterday. I never received an e-mail or tacking number. I cannot express my utter disappointment.

All I want is confirmation that P90X DVD’s have been sent. A tracking number so I can track it and the correct address on the package. This isn’t much to ask.

I hope this matter can be cleared up.

Beach Body has horrible customer service. They tell you something and most of the time it is untrue. My experience with them is that it takes no less that 2-3 weeks for them to even ship the item to you and depending on where you live depends on how long it takes.

Here is Amber's e-mail address, she is the only one that I have had success with answering my e-mails and actually doing what she says. It may take her a day or two to answer back but I have had luck with her every time I e-mailed her [email protected]

I was thinking to buy the power 90 x but they want I send my credit card number buy mail and I think it is not safe. I am spanish and if they have this horrible consumer service with you think about what they will do with the package of a spanish consumer.I have decided to preorder the 11 dvd of hardcore with ck sales and not order the power 90 x.I think that SNM and CK sales has a wonderful consumer service and it is very important when you spend your money.
 
Wayne!!! Did you ever email Amber Otto like I advised you to do? If you haven't already done so, please please please email her. She's wonderful & very helpful. She'll get your package to you. BTW what in the world is the support package? Love, Kathy:*
 
You ought to try the Firm's customer service. It is worse than this. I have now gotten three different orders of the BSS3 system, and I only ordered one of them. I have had to pay shipping to return them because they will not reimburse me.
