Has anyone made a hybrid using the strength workouts from P90X and cardio from Cathe? I just finished my first round of P90X and miss Cathe so much! Plus the cardio in P90X...well...stinks During phase III I started subbing in Cathe on some of my cardio days and now would like to incorporate her workouts into a full fledged hybrid for round 2 of the X. Maybe even using Insanity as well. Just thought I would ask if anyone has done this before I attempt it !
