is it necessary to get that dvd when i have all his upper body dvds? how is it different? i also have coresynergistics. maybe its not worth spending 35$.

If I'm not mistaken, the Ab Ripper X is at the end of the strength workout. And it's the same one as on the individual DVD itself.

thanks! you just saved me $35. only thing is, if i want to do the ab ripper i have to fast foward on the dvd. i guess that's better than spending money for the same dvd. after doing his upper body,i don't feel like doing ab ripper. instead do it later.

Use the 'chapter forward" button, it's faster.
