I don't think I've seen anyone on the forum talk about these workouts. Are they duds? I just got my set this week and previewed the two cardio dvds last night. To watch them they don't look very intense but that can be deceiving. I'm going to do at least one of them today and see how I like it but I would like to know if anyone else has these workouts and what you think of them.

I'm planning on doing a rotation with them in a few weeks.

There are some that look less intense than others, but I like that.
Sculpt 5-6 looks like a fabulous total body weight workout.
And I like the look of Interval Cardio as well.

Thanks Kathryn. :)

I got interested in the set because of the Interval Cardio workout. I'm really needing something non-step to break up the routine. Plus I just like more athletic type of workouts. Cathe's advanced workouts are great but many days I just want something that doesn't involve stepping. I like the jumping and power blasts.

I actually did Sculpt 5-6 last night. I liked the workout. I just got these as well and was figuring out how to work them in. I like that they are all around 45 minutes. I really like his sequencing. I have just started to do the P90X and Master Series workouts that I have and I am really enjoying them so far.

MIC...I ordered mine while chatting with a Beachbody rep. so I saved that chat session in an email (just in case the invoice ended up being different than the price the rep gave me that night). But, that email is on my other computer so check this thread again and I'll post what I paid once I get on that computer at home.

I absolutely love the Plyo Legs workout! Fun and challenging! I have only done core cardio once and haven't previewed the other 4. I got the whole set with (I think) a 25% discount for being a beachbody customer and it was around $68 plus shipping. I think my total bill was $74 something. I will preview the others this weekend, but I think I will find a way to fit them into my routines.
