I went and picked up the P90 DVDs because I wanted something easy for weights. Decided to try to run more and didn't want too much lifting and since I owned P90X ( which really rocks ... but got the chest and back too big )figured why not try this set.
The circuit is ok for what I intended. Checked out the cardio tonight and I have to ask, " Did people actually get those ripped bodies by alternating the sculpt workout with that cardio ? "
How is that possible? The cardio is easier than walking on an incline.
