Ok, I hope I can make this make sense LOL.
I did Push & Pull this morning & instead of pulling out my barbell I just used my DB's - so for squats I usually use 35#'s with my barbell but today I used 2- 20# DB's instead - so I wonder what do you think is better or works better or harder workout ? sorry I just can't find the words I want LOL. But I Was thinking well I worked out harder using the DB's vs/ the barbell but now I am not sure. So when I was done working out I thought "hey I think I am getting stronger again because today P&P wasn't as hard as it was 2 months ago" but now I question that because of the difference I used in weights.
So anyone can you please help
