Jillybean is correct and this was my assessment of this publication also. It's not just a compilation fo old articles they have previously published, for which they now want more money, but also, it is repetitive within itself, i.e. they ask a range of fitness pros what they do to train the glutes, and guess what? They all feature differnet combos of the usual suspects, squats, lunges, blah,blah. Honestly, there's nothing new in there.
If you have Cathe videos like Leaner Legs and the new Legs and Glutes, quite frankly, you have all the info and exercise demo that you need.
Save your $5 for a couple of DVD rentals to while away the weekend after you have done Leaner Legs!
