overtraining with rank top rotation?

Hello everyone!

I am very interested in trying out the tank-top rotation posted on this forum, but I am concerned about working upper-body 3 times a week. Has anyone tried this rotation? If so, did it lead to over-training and tired muscles? Thanks,

Alison

Oh my!! lol Perhaps a long soak in the washing machine...

In all seriousness though, I did this one many moons ago and believe it or not, I felt more fatiqued from MIS and Leaner legs or whatever the all leg routine is. I think that because the upper body muscles are smaller, you're ok. But, if you felt overtrained, you could always split up the upper body workouts and just do say chest & back on one day then biceps & triceps & shoulders on the next upper body day.
