Hi Cathe! I can't wait to try your new workouts but just have a question about rotations. I was always told never to work the same muscle two days in a row because it interferes with recovery and is counterproductive. How can one avoid this and still maximize muscle strength and endurance gains? For example, in your Advanced Total Body Conditioning with more focus on Muscular Endurance rotation, you suggest doing Cardio and Weights on Tuesday and then Muscle Endurance on Wednesday. Won't that hit many of the same upper body muscles? Or does it a problem only if the weights are heavy? And along similar lines, how often should one do abs training to maximize results?
