If you don't need to return or exchange anything, their service seems good. And I bought a TV from them in the past with no problem, as well as some WHFN DVD's and some HEavy Hands. BUT, the last time I ordered from them, I ordered two pairs of cross trainers (they werew advertised as cross trainers, but where actually walking shoes), and when I got them, decided I didn't like them (and one pair had 2 left feet!). I contacted them, and they sent me the info to return both pairs (separately, because the defective pair was to be returned with a printed out mailing label because it was there fault). That's when I learned about the not-so-obvious $4.95 restocking fee for each item (not bad if you bought a TV, maybe, but ridiculous for a pair of shoes.
And should I even have had to pay the fee, as it was their misleading advertising (crosstrainers vs. walking shoes) that lead me to buy them in the first place.
Also, though I got the refund for the defective pair quickly, I had a hard time getting theh other pair refunded. Every time I would email them and ask them where the refund was, I'd have to repeat the same info, and would get what seemed like a pre-scripted answer. They kept giving me the run around, with the obviously illiterate people I was dealing with claiming that I did get a refund (which was for the defective pair, something they didn't seem to grasp).
After about two months of this crap, I finally emailed, again, repeating everything I'd stated in the past (including the fact that I had delivery confirmation that they had received the second pair) and said that unless I receive the refund by a specific date, I would contact the BBB about the matter.
I got my refund the next day.
I will never do business with them again.
