I am single and (sob) no special valentine, only my children who i called them all this morning..
So Im going out shortly, I may stop on my way home and buy myself flowers and have dinner by candles

I just finished (well with a little cheat) Cathy's Leg and Glutes
OMG thats all i can say i know im gonna be a hurting puppy tomorrow

Hi Ladies,

I will not be posting until next Tuesday. My Son called and asked me If I would be able to take Care of my Grandson. He has the flu and a nasty caugh. I can't wait, I love having him around. He brings happines to my house. I grew up with 7 brothers and I miss having kids around. I will still do my workouts, but I will have to wait until my Daughter gets home.

How wonderful for you, that was a great valentines present LOL sad to say at your grandsons expense
My grandchildren are in Mich so i dont get to see them often enough they will be visiting me end of feb though

How old is your grandson?? and whats his name

I dont weight myself and i sure dont think i lost weight
but this morning when i zipped my pants i didnt feel as much resistance
I wonder if im losing a bit of tummy fat
anyway im off to work
just checking in to keep this thread alive

Mariah I know my tummy is getting bigger and bigger. I never had a big problem with my waist, but once 50 hit it seems like it is especially going there : (
Someone told me its the decrease in estrogen levels. I quess I'm going to have to work out even harder.~Linny~

I hope you stopped any bought yourself flowers! It is a silly holiday and I always get mad when my hubby does that. I went home and did Viper and boy did I eat it! It was gruling! I think I need to stick to walking or a shorter workout during the week and do the harder ones on the weekends. I get so grumphy after a hard workout. Probably after a 10 hour day my body wants to rest. Anyway, tonight is dance class and that is a work out in itself. I will post again on Tuesday. I work a 4-10 work week and have every Friday off and Monday is a holiday!
