I did 1/2 hour of Gilad   weights and a small bit of cardio  then  i thought Cathe on tv was supposed to be floor work but it turned out to be stability which i dont have and i hate anyway  (no coordination) 
i did about 15 mins of Cathe by  just doing what she was doing but not on the ball 
And  of course you can join us, Tina,,, check in daily and lets keep each other accountable

Yea  My friend showed me how to tape a tv program  so i hope to be able to tape a couple of Cathe's programs 
now i have to learn how to time it and tape when im not home  so i can get a nice collection   Even though there will be commercials  it will do till i can get some DVD's
