I need help with my food big time! I've been a compulsive eater since I was 10.
BTW, I lived in NYC from March of 1980 to November of 1989, grew up in Seattle but now live in way too cold Minnesota.
I do Cathe workouts 5 to 6 days a week. I used to do the old Firm workouts and FitPrimes. I didn't like the new Firms. I didn't like looking at 20 something instructors telling me what to do!
I'm commiting myself to clean eating and smaller portions but I still need my glass of wine. Right now I'm doing Cathes Feb.Rotation with modifications. Sometimes I will add in an extra rest day if I need it. If the temp's ever get back into the teens I'll start run/walking again for me cardio. I did the Cool Running, Couch to 5k program, starting last April and now can do about 3 miles.
DS has scouts tonight so I'm off to get him ready. I'll check in tomorrow.
