Outgrown weights

Is it better to stick with a certain pound weight that is not challenging, but I can complete all of the reps in a set? Or is it better to move the weight up and perform as many correctly as I can, EVEN if I cannot complete all of the reps in a set?

Thank you,

Move the weight up, and drop reps if you have to the first time or two. In fact, it's expected that when you up the weightloads (which is the only true way to increase strength) you will be dropping reps. Don't worry, you'll build up to your normal sets again . . . and then you'll have to up the weightloads again and so on and so on and so on.
