Our 254th Live Broadcast

I did that workout! I modified it with the weights! And when they did Spider-Man’s and mountain climbers I modified too! Also, the ball sit ups, you have to tilt you hips and not to let them be on the ground. Those kicked my butt. I forgot that you had to have some type of sliding device, so I had to run to my room and got a pair of new socks and use those (I don’t use sliding devices that much). I didn’t do it Live, I wait around 12:00pm est.

Cathe and Cathe Crew my hat goes off to you!!! You all are AMAZING!!!!! They were holding 15 lbs!!! That was AMAZING!!! My highest weight was like 10lbs!!!

I don’t want to be a Debbie downer, but during half of the workout the sound had problems. It had a delay problem. That was okay. I just followed what Cathe was doing. I have done enough Cathe to get the jist.

The workout wasn’t like a big cardio thing, but strength. I am not use to strength, so my heart rate went up. I am glad I did it!!! Was happy for a change!!

One thing about Cathe Live, I find is it is a Challenge and it is always different!!!
