i've just 're-started'
using weights again... and am really enjoying your crosstraining series. 
but..i've noticed that my wrists have been bothering me.
i'm trying to be really conscious of my form to keep my wrists fixed and straight...but...esp in the chest presses it seems to bother me. am i doing something wrong? do you have any suggestions as to how i can ease my wrist tension?
