Ouch! Disc 4 Chest, shoulders and biceps!

I confess that I found disc #1 to be a good workout - but not too hard. Well I believe the periodization is kicking in! Disc 4 is definately harder! The biceps (barbell with band) exercise was killer. I had to change my barbell twice (lower) to be able to finish. Anyone else find those barbell overhead presses 1.5's to be brutal? (shoulders)- I couldn't finish that set either and I started out lower than I do in Gym styles for over head presses! The last section which has you doing 21's for shoulders, chest and biceps - I could not for the life of me finish the last set of 7 barbell curls. Anyway - today I am sore and I love it! My muscles have really not been challenged by endurance lately.
I see now how the program is going to sneak in little ways to keep the muscles challenged - in a way that you don't notice until you actually do the workout.
What a great journey this is going to be... !
