Other advanced workouts

Hi everyone!:)
I'm looking to add some more variety to my rotation. Can anyone give me some suggestions on other workouts that are just as advanced as Cathe's? I like doing Cathe's step and kickboxing workouts, but sometimes my knees need to take a day off from the high impact stuff and I would like less complicated choriography. I'm limited on time to learn the moves with going back to school and all. Any feedback would be appreciated!:)

IMHO, there's nothing that is as advanced as Cathe but I use other instructors for cardio sometimes for cross-training purposes. I really like Powerstrike. It's totally low impact but I get a pretty good workout. It's no Cathe but it's a consistent 60 minutes cardio workout. It's very simple choreography too and requires hardly any workout space. I hesitate to mention this because you asked for 'advanced' suggestions, but I really like Charlene Prickett for my 'light' days. She's totally low impact. I'll get a pretty decent workout if I really apply myself to getting my heartrate into the training zone.

Thank you, JenniferAnn!:)
When I was asking about other advanced workouts, I was meaning advanced enough to give me a really good workout, but easy on the joints.:)I have all the Firms except the new ones because I did them before I found out about Cathe. I started doing cathe and got hooked!:D Now I find that when I do the advanced Firm tapes, they are not challenging anymore and I keep them for low energy days. Is there a site where I can read more about the powerstrike video?
Much thanks,:-cool

They don't sell Powerstrike in Collage or in stores so you'd have to buy it from Powerstrike.com or from CKSales. There are 3 different workouts and I've only done one so you might ask over on VideoFitness.com for recommendations. You might them for recommendations too because some people over there have tried just about every video.

Sirena,
I also like to do Mindy Mylrea tapes. She is very good too and more of a sporty instructor.

Try the CIA series. You can read descriptions at www.ciavideo.com. Also, you can find other reviews at www.collagevideo.com.

I rate Cathe a "10" for intensity. The CIA series, I'd give on average about a "7". My favorite instructors are Kelli Roberts, Christy Taylor and Fanny Benedetto - but they're not the only good ones. Try a few and see what you think. Good Luck!
