Hi everyone!
I'm looking to add some more variety to my rotation. Can anyone give me some suggestions on other workouts that are just as advanced as Cathe's? I like doing Cathe's step and kickboxing workouts, but sometimes my knees need to take a day off from the high impact stuff and I would like less complicated choriography. I'm limited on time to learn the moves with going back to school and all. Any feedback would be appreciated!
