OT: I need help finding pants for.....

my tall skinny 15 yr old (boy). He needs a 31x34. JC Penny has one pair that would work, but I'd like to see more. He needs khakis. The ones he had are just too short. I can find dress pants and jeans, but not something like cargos. I've looked everywhere, and they just don't make long skinny ones. I found a 32x34, but they were made very loose and they would have fallen off.

My tall skinny 15 year old boy wears 29 x 34 and I buy the 30 x 34's and he wears a belt.

I have a son that is very thin also and very very hard to find pants to fit him, I was told of a tailor that can alter the waist for me for only $5.00 so that is what I do and they look great on him. I am lucky my girls they make pants in slim sizes and some of the times I can find slim fit for boys since I have two boys that need slim fittings
