I was wondering if I might need these and was hhoping to get some opinions. After about 10 minutes of exercise the sides of my right foot (only my right foot) start to hurt along the bottoms of the feet. If I loosen the shoelaces a lot if is usually better, and if I turn my feet out a bit. But lately I have noticed it walking too. I am not physically tired when this happens; my cardio capacity is actually decent. Usually I just ignore it and continue. But I am wondering if some kind of insole might make it better or not?
