Orthotics Rock!

My orthotics for my PF came in two weeks early! Yesterday I was limping around at work wondering how I was going to make it through two more weeks till they were supposed to come in, but the doc's office called and told me they were early. I picked them up last night and today I've already been out walking the dogs for two hours plus some grocery shopping. I am virtually pain-free!

Calico/Annette, I hope you are able to try some soon. I can't believe the difference. My physical therapist wants me to return to workouts gradually, so I think I'll try one of the easier KPC premixes today since I can keep it low-impact and not too long. I almost forgot what Cathe looks like!

Ann! That is WONDERFUL!!!!!! They are expensive, but really do help! Congratulations!

Thanks for the update. I go in next Friday for another recheck and will probably ask him then about getting them. I really really miss my cardio workouts, though I have lost so far a pound and half doing nothing but weight lifting and pilates. But I miss stepping.

Thanks again for the encouragment. So glad that you feel better after such a short time with them.
